The framework has three tracks. Each one addresses a different layer of the operational problem — and each one produces something the organization can actually use.
Most clients don’t need all three. The entry point depends on where friction lives. Some already know their diagnosis and need a system designed. Others have a system on paper that no one is using. We meet you where the real problem is.

Most consultants want you to start at the beginning of their process. We don’t.
If you already understand your problem and need a system designed, we start there. If you have a system on paper that your team has never used, we focus on operationalizing it. If you’re not sure what’s broken, we diagnose first.
The framework is sequential in design — Diagnose informs Design, Design informs Operationalize. But your starting point should be determined by where you actually are, not by a preset intake process.
